1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for functioning of system of fixing of administrative offenses in the field of safety of traffic in the automatic mode;

Procedure for the address of person which allowed administrative offense in the field of traffic safety in authorized division of National police.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs in two-month time to approve in coordination with Administration of Public service of special communication and information security Technical requirements to system of fixing of administrative offenses in the field of safety of traffic in the automatic mode.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Ministry of infrastructure to approve in coordination with Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of procedure for mutual exchange of information about rather:

the issued decrees on imposing of administrative punishment for the offenses in the field of traffic safety fixed in the automatic mode;

delivery/not delivery or refusal of receipt of the registered mail with resolutions on imposing of administrative punishment for the offenses in the field of traffic safety fixed in the automatic mode, the responsible persons specified in part one of article 14-2 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, resident persons of Ukraine who imported the vehicles registered outside Ukraine or persons who actually managed vehicles at the time of making of the specified offenses;
