ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2016 No. 432 "About entering of amendments into the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of November 8, 2012 No. 500 "About approval of standard curricula of primary, main secondary, general secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2016 No. 432 "About entering of amendments into the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 8, 2012 No. 500 "About approval of standard curricula of primary, main secondary, general secondary education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13923, published in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 1, 2016) the following changes:

1, of 2, of 3, of 4, 5 to the specified order to state appendices in edition according to appendices 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, 5 to this order.

2. To department of preschool and secondary education (Karinova Sh. T.)

in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service and international cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asylova B. A.

4. This order becomes effective since September 1, 2017 for 5, 7 classes, since September 1, 2018 for 6, 8, 10 classes, since September 1, 2019 for 9 (10), 11 classes and are subject to official publication.
