1. Approve:
Regulations on Fonda of cultural development and art under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
structure of Council of Fund of cultural development and art under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2;
structure of executive directorate of Fund of cultural development and art under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the total extreme number of managerial personnel in number of 11 units according to appendix No. 3.
Grant the right to the Minister of Cultural Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring in need of change in structure of Fund of cultural development and art under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the established total extreme number.
2. To khokimiyat of Tashkent, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make the offer in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on allocation of the respective building for placement of Fund of cultural development and art under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month.
