1. Approve:

Regulations on Public service of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tracking dangerous geological processes according to appendix No. 1;

structure of Public service of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tracking dangerous geological processes according to appendix No. 2.

2. Declare invalid Items 2, 3 and 4 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 1994 No. 194 "About creation of Public service of the Republic of Uzbekistan on tracking dangerous geological processes" and appendices No. 1 and 2 to it.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz A. S. Sultanov and the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and the mineral B.F resources. Islamova.
