About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

a) Items 1, of 2 and 4 changes approved by this resolution do not extend to capital construction projects on which before entry into force of this resolution subsidies from the federal budget are earlier provided to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on joint financing of capital construction projects of state-owned property of subjects of the Russian Federation, and also estimated cost is not increased and indicators of capacity of these objects if concerning such objects are not changed:

there are conclusions of state examination of the project documentation and results of engineering researches and about reliability of determination of estimated cost of representatives on conducting such examination of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation or public institutions subordinated to these bodies (further - bodies (public institutions);

state examinations of the project documentation and (or) results of engineering researches and check of reliability of determination of estimated cost are begun before entry into force of this resolution;

b) repeated state examinations of the project documentation and (or) results of engineering researches concerning the capital construction projects specified in the subitem "an" of this Item because bodies (public institutions) issue the negative conclusions by results of primary state examinations, are carried out by bodies (public institutions) which issue the negative conclusions.
