About modification and amendments, and also recognition voided some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 24, 2017 No. UP-5120 "About Measures for Implementation of System of Project Management in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 23, 2017 No. PP-3237 "About measures for further implementation of modern forms and methods of implementation of the public and corporate procurements of goods (works, services)":

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. The change provided by the subitem "an" of Item 2 of appendix No. 1 to this Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2018.

4. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the director of the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Sadikov.
