Some questions of functioning of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Reorganize some territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine by merge of separate bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine for the list according to appendix 1.

2. Reorganize some territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine by accession to separate bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine for the list according to appendix 2.

3. In appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882; 2017, 2, the Art. 45) line item "The pension fund of Ukraine 190, of 190, of 29906, 28758" to replace No. with such line item: "Pension fund of Ukraine 183, 183, 25439, 24473".
