1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue, the address and repayment of the government bonds of the Republic of Belarus placed in the domestic financial market it (is applied).
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements according to appendix.
3. To the Ministry of Finance in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in six months after its official publication, except for Item 3, of the official publication of this resolution which is becoming effective later.
