About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations" changes according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 2 changes provided by appendix to this Decision.
Item 2 of the specified changes becomes effective since January 1, 2018

1. In Item 3.4.2 of subsection 3.4 of the qualifier of privileges on customs payment (Appendix 7):
a) to state line item with the OZ code in the following edition:

b) add with line items of the following content:
