"5-1. The unmanned aerial vehicles which are subject to registration in the Register are subdivided into the following categories:

1) on purpose and type of the carried-out tasks:

prospecting - the aircraft intended for conducting air reconnaissance by means of investigation, observation in the infrared and television ranges and laser dalnometrirovaniye;

multi-purpose - the aircraft intended for the solution of several tasks at the same time or depending on task for flight;

2) by the principle of management:

autonomous - the aircraft performing flight task according to the entered program in navigation complex without intervention of the operator;

remote control - the aircraft managed by the operator from land station of management (control center);

combined - the aircraft managed in flight automatically, the operator from land station of management (control center) or combination of the specified methods;

3) according to mass-dimensional characteristics:

micro - the aircraft, with the maximum take-off weight less than 10 kilograms;
