Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2007 No. 210 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the Register of the state aircrafts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and issue of the certificate on state registration of the state aircrafts of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4879).
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan on arms and military equipment.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Bring the order to officials in the part concerning them.
