1. Take into consideration that according to the paragraph third Item 5 of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 5, 2015 No. PP-2343 "About the Program of measures for reducing power consumption, implementation of energy-saving technologies in industries of economy and the social sphere for 2015 - 2019" the companies and the organizations specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources for a period of 5 years from the date of their state registration are exempted from all taxes, and also obligatory contributions to Republican road fund under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and off-budget fund of development of material and technical resources of educational and medical institutions under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Approve Regulations on the mechanism of identification of the organization as specializing in release of installations on energy production from renewable sources according to appendix.
