release of foreign partners from taxes and payments in the projects realized by Fund by means of philanthropic support.
4-1. The fund has the personal treasurer account in national currency in Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also bank accounts in national and foreign currency.
5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in week time to accept the resolution on the organization of activities of Fund providing including, approval of structure of executive directorate of Fund.
