According to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" and of November 26, 2012 "About the microfinancial organizations" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) prudential standard rates and others obligatory to observance of regulation by the microfinancial organization and limits, technique of their calculations according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about accomplishment of prudential standard rates and other regulations and limits, obligatory for observance, according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about disaggregation of the maximum extent of risk on one borrower according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

2. The microfinancial organization quarterly, no later than 20 (twentieth) following reporting quarter represents to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the place of the stay in electronic format the reporting provided in subitems 2) and 3) of Item 1 of this resolution.

Data in the reporting are specified in national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan - tenge.

The reporting on paper as of reporting date is signed by the first head, the chief accountant or persons authorized on signing of the reporting and the contractor and stored at the microfinancial organization.
