In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 10, 2017 "About measures for the state support of the jewelry industry" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3199:
1. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for collection of assay payment for making of the legally significant actions connected with determination of tests and branding of jewelry and other products from precious metals according to appendix No. 1;
The amount of assay payment for approbation and branding of jewelry and other products from precious metals, carrying out analyses and other services according to appendix No. 2.
2. Make the change in Regulations on procedure for withdrawal, realization or destruction of the property which is subject to the address to the income of the state approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 15, 2009 No. 200 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 56), according to appendix No. 3.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 4.
4. Determine that fifty percent of the arriving means from collection of assay payment go to the order of the State assay chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with their target use to strengthening of material and technical resources of the State assay chamber.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ishmetov T. A.
