purchase of arms, ammunition, special means and individual protection equipment, regimentals of police officers, vehicles of specialized appointment and fuels and lubricants, special, computer, telecommunication and video equipment, means of electronic control, the software, other property used for direct accomplishment of tasks of police in the field of ensuring public safety and procedure, crime counteraction;

upgrade, content, operation and repair of arms, special, computer, telecommunication and video equipment, vehicles of specialized appointment, means of electronic control, other property which purchase is provided by the paragraph the second this Item;

providing with communication and services;

payment of stipulated by the legislation payments (duties, taxes) connected with registration, commissioning and insurance of vehicles of specialized appointment which purchase is provided by the paragraph the second this Item.".
