Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for realization by National police of measures for increase in defense capability and safety of the state

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the government budget according to the "Expenses for National Police of Ukraine on Implementation of Actions on Increase in Defense Capability and Safety of the State" program (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds is the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level and the executive in charge of the budget program is the National police.

3. Budgetary funds are allocated on:

purchase of arms, ammunition, special means and individual protection equipment, regimentals of police officers, vehicles of specialized appointment and fuels and lubricants, special, computer, telecommunication and video equipment, means of electronic control, the software, other property used for direct accomplishment of tasks of police in the field of ensuring public safety and procedure, crime counteraction;
