1. Permit the Ministry of youth and sport to form public institution "State center of the Olympic preparation for winter sports" in the field of its management, having placed it to the address: village of Polyanitsa, Yaremchansky district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
2. To the ministry of youth and sport to take in accordance with the established procedure the measures necessary for ensuring activities of public institution "State center of the Olympic preparation for winter sports", since January 1, 2018.
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
