According to part seven of Article 20 of the Budget code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of physical culture, elite sport and reserve sport which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for development of physical culture, elite sport and reserve sport

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget according to the "Development of Physical Culture, Elite Sport and Reserve Sport" program (further - budgetary funds).

2. The main manager of budgetary funds and the executive in charge of the budget program is MKMS.

The managers of budgetary funds of the lowest level and receivers of budgetary funds who are directly performing expenses on specified in Item 3 presents of the Procedure by the directions, are determined by the main manager of budgetary funds taking into account requirements concerning forming of the unified register of managers and receivers of budgetary funds and data of such register.
