About some questions of posting of government employees, personnel of diplomatic service and employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to articles 15-1 and 15-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and article 20-8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Rules of posting of personnel of diplomatic service to state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other organizations;

2) Rules of posting of government employees from other state bodies and employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) Rules of posting of government employees to state bodies, the international and other organizations.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
