1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 2006 No. 1010 "About approval of the Procedure for forming of rates for services in export of household waste" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 30, Art. 2137; 2007, No. 16, Art. 586; 2009, No. 51, Art. 1737; 2011, No. 62, the Art. 2472) and of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for housing and communal services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2013, No. 1, Art. 15 No. 68, Art. 2467; 2014, No. 84, Art. 2373; 2015, No. 60, Art. 1969, No. 72, Art. 2378; 2017, No. 33, the Art. 1046) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2017 No. 817, changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.

1. According to the procedure of forming of rates for services in export of household waste, No. 1010 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 2006:

1) in Item 2:

after paragraph two to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Expenses on compensation of losses - the expenses arising at the companies during consideration of calculations of rates, establishment and their promulgation by body authorized to establish rates (further - authorized body);".
