In pursuance of item 80 of Section 3 of the State program of the privatization for 1999 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.02.99 N 209/99,
I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure of preparation for privatization and sale of particles (shares, shares) which state in property of the companies with foreign investments owns and economic societies it (is applied).
2. To department of the interstate property relations and property abroad - to carry out approval of noted Provision of National agency of Ukraine on management of the state corporate laws, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, State commission on securities and the stock market and to provide its registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. After state registration of noted Provision abroad to provide to Department of the interstate property relations and property transfer of the document to regional departments of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine.
4. Consider the Regulations on procedure of preparation for privatization and sale of particles (shares, shares) which state in property of the companies with foreign investments and economic societies owns voided, N 913, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.10.97 N 450/2254 is approved by the order FGIU of 22.08.97.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine Glushko S. M.
