Approve the Procedure of preparation for privatization and sale of shares (shares) belonging to the state in the authorized capital of the economic societies, other economic organizations and companies founded based on consolidation of property of different patterns of ownership and located in the territory of Ukraine or beyond its limits it (is applied).

2. Recognize invalid orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine:
