1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of May 22, 2012 No. 723 "About the approval of the Procedure of preparation for privatization and sale of shares (shares) belonging to the state in the authorized capital of the economic societies, other economic organizations and companies founded based on consolidation of property of different patterns of ownership and located in the territory of Ukraine or beyond its limits", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2012 for No. 937/21249 (with changes).

2. To provide to management of sales of subjects to big privatization of Department of privatization submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
