About approval of the Chart of accounts of financial accounting of banks of Ukraine and the Instruction about application of the Chart of accounts of financial accounting of banks of Ukraine

According to article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and article 68 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the Chart of accounts of financial accounting of banks of Ukraine which is attached.

2. Approve the Instruction about application of the Chart of accounts of financial accounting of banks of Ukraine which is applied.

3. To accounting department (Rychakivskaya V. I.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of structural divisions of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks for management and use in work.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 21.11.97 No. 388 "About measures concerning program implementation of reforming of financial accounting and the reporting of the National Bank of Ukraine and commercial banks of Ukraine";

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 09.04.99 No. 179 "About modification and amendments to some regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine";

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.06.99 No. 319 "About modification and amendments in some regulations of the National Bank of Ukraine";
