About some questions of activities of banks and recognition voided some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulation of activities of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine banks decide:

1. Provide to banks accomplishment of the actions plan on elimination of violations developed according to requirements of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2015 No. 129 "About some questions of activities of banks" (with changes) (further - the actions plan), and submissions to the National Bank of Ukraine (further - National Bank) quarterly reports on its execution to the 20th following reporting quarter.

2. The National Bank does not apply to banks of corrective action for violation of economic standard rates and requirements of Item 3.10 of Chapter 3 of the Section III of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 at No. 841/6032 (with changes) which reduction to normative requirements is performed according to the actions plan approved by National Bank, on condition of fulfillment of requirements of Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Permit banks which implement the actions plan approved by National Bank, perform:
