About modification of the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination

According to article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" and for the purpose of enhancement of conducting anti-corruption examination I order:

1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 18, 2015 No. 383/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 2015 for No. 303/26748, such changes:

Item 1, the subitem 1 of Item 2 of the Section I after the word of "factors" to add 1) with words "which promote or can promote making of corruption offenses";

2) in the Section II:

in Item 2:

in the paragraph the second "responsible for implementation of the actions connected with forming and realization of the state anti-corruption policy" shall be replaced with words words "into power of which conducting anti-corruption examination is included";

add with new paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of receipt of the additional offers proved by need of conducting anti-corruption examination, the approved annual plan is subject to the corresponding adjustment.

Anti-corruption examination of the existing regulatory legal acts created based on the offers which arrived from state bodies, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local government bodies, the companies, organizations, the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership and citizens is carried out by structural divisions of the office of the Ministry of Justice according to competence.";

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Results of anti-corruption examination of the existing regulatory legal acts within ten calendar days are published on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.";
