Some questions of conducting anti-corruption examination
For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" I order:
1. Approve the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2013 No. 1608/5 "Some questions of conducting anti-corruption examination" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 5, 2013 at No. 1325/23857.
3. To department of anti-corruption policy (R.V.'s Sivers) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption".
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Yanchuk A. V.
