Some questions of conducting anti-corruption examination
For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination which is applied;
2) form of the conclusion of anti-corruption examination of the existing regulatory legal act which is applied.
2. Determine that:
1) anti-corruption examination of the existing regulatory legal acts and drafts of regulatory legal acts is carried out by structural divisions of the office of the Ministry of Justice, certain responsible for implementation of legal examination.
Anti-corruption examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts which contain the regulations concerning:
scope changes of procedural law and citizen's obligations;
provisions of administrative services;
holding competitive (tender) procedures;
implementation of public procurements;
provisions of discretionary powers to public authorities, local government bodies or their officials;
financings of the current activities of political parties and the election campaigns,
