Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of determination and indemnification to owners of land and land users, No. 284 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 1993 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1993, No. 10, Art. 193; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 2, Art. 47; 2010, No. 94, Art. 3348; 2011, No. 83, Art. 3027; 2017, No. 22, Art. 615):

The paragraph of the sixth of Item 3 after the word "suffered" to add 1) with the words "or necessary";

Item 4 after the word "carried out" to add 2) with the words "or necessary".

2. In the Standard agreement of lease of land approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 3, 2004 No. 220 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 9, Art. 527; 2006, No. 50, Art. 3338; 2016, No. 94, Art. 3077):

1) in Item 7 the word "relations" to replace with the word "the relations *";

Item 11 to state 2) in the following edition:

"11. The rent is brought in the following terms:

1) for the parcels of land of the state-owned and/or utility property acquired in lease by results of the land biddings:

for the first year - no later than three banking days from the date of the conclusion of the lease agreement;

since next year - according to the Tax code of Ukraine;
