Changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government of May 5, 2011 No. 331

In the Order of the Government No. 331 of May 5, 2011. "About issue of invitations to foreigners" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 78-81, 381), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 6 of the word "constituted in triplicate" shall be replaced with words "constituted in one copy";

b) in the subitem 3) of Item 7 and the subitem 8) of Item 8 of the word "identity certificates" shall be replaced with words "identity document";

c) add Item 7 with the subitem 3/1) of the following content:

"3/1) the proof of availability of financial resources in certain size and, on circumstances, the obligation about content and/or placement according to the regulations established in appendix No. 1 to this Provision";

d) in Item 8:

2) to exclude the subitem;

add, respectively, with subitems 6/1) and 8/1) of the following content:

"6/1) the copy of the certificate of non-conviction from country of source in case of transfer for study";
