About issue of invitations to foreigners

Based on Articles 27, 28 Laws No. 200 of July 16, 2010 on regime of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 179-181, 610) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for issue of invitations to foreigners, according to appendix No. 1.

The list of the states which citizens need the invitation for execution of the entrance visa to the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to inform diplomatic and consular missions of the Republic of Moldova on permission of issue of entrance visas to them to the Republic of Moldova based on the invitations issued by competent authority for foreigners.

3. Determine that the invitations issued before introduction of this Resolution are valid for the term specified in them.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 33 of January 22, 2004. "About approval of the Regulations on issue of invitations to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 19-21, 160).
