About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 2, 2012 No. 110

Bring in the Regulations of Admission of persons for receipt of the higher education of the II step approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 2, 2012 No. 110 "About approval of Regulations of Admission of persons for receipt of the higher education of the II step and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 18, 5/35218; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.09. 2013, 5/37742), following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 3 of the word "the organizations and carrying out tender" to replace with receipt, terms of acceptance and transfer with the word of "acceptance";
1.2. in Item 5:
in part one of the word "the status of the refugee is provided" shall be replaced with words "the status of the refugee or shelter are provided";
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"Persons listed in the parts one of this Item working (serving) according to the employment contract (contract), the performing works (rendering the services creating intellectual property items) on the civil agreement at least 10 months being individual entrepreneurs, handicraftsmen, lawyers, notaries, creative specialists, having length of service can participate in tender on receipt of the higher education of the II step in the correspondence and evening forms of education.";
