Based on Item 12 of Article 20, of subitems 1.3-1.5 of Item 1 and subitem 4.2 of item 4 of Article 30, 4, Item parts two 8, of parts three and the fourth Item 16 of Article 57, of item 4 of Article 67, parts two of Item 13 of Article 68, of Item 6 of Article 69, of Items 5 and 6 of Article 80, of Item 1 of Article 208, of Item 1 of Article 250, Item parts one 1, parts four of Item 3 and Item 6 of article 255 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education, part two of article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 No. 424-Z "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item parts one
1. Approve:
The regulations on life-long professional education of leading employees and specialists (are applied);
The regulations on rates of purpose (are applied);
Regulations of Admission of persons for receipt of profound higher education (are attached);
2. Determine:
profiles of education, the direction of education, specialty of the higher education persons having the higher education and also the students, cadets, listeners getting the first general higher education, vocational higher education in the direction of education "Health care", the last two years mastering contents of the educational program of bachelor degree or the continuous educational program of the higher education in education presentia for development of contents of the educational program of retraining of the leading employees and specialists having the higher education according to appendix 1 are allowed to acceptance (transfer) on which;
profiles of education, the direction of education, specialty of secondary vocational education persons having secondary vocational education and also the pupils, cadets of last year mastering contents of the educational program of secondary vocational education providing qualification of the specialist with secondary vocational education in education presentia for development of contents of the educational program of retraining of the leading employees and specialists having secondary vocational education according to appendix 2 are allowed to acceptance (transfer) on which.
3. Action of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the specialties necessary for the Republic of Belarus on preparation in which Republic of Belarus is not performed, and also about procedure for the direction of citizens for training of scientists of the top skills, specialists with the higher education in the foreign organizations at the expense of means of the republican budget for these specialties, compensation of the means spent for training of scientists of the top skills, specialists with the higher education in the foreign organizations, and Regulations on procedure for the direction of persons receiving scientific the oriented, higher education in the Republic of Belarus in day form of education at the expense of means of the republican budget, for training in the foreign organizations, approved by this resolution does not extend to execution of agreements on training of specialists in the foreign organizations and about training in the foreign organizations concluded till September 1, 2022.
Preparation and training in the foreign organizations based on such agreements is performed according to the legislation existing before entry into force of this resolution.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.
5. Make to the Ministry of Education explanations concerning application of this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since September 1, 2022.
