1. Create the special economic zone "Astana Technopolis" for the period till 2042.

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on the special economic zone "Astana Technopolis", its target indicators of functioning and critical level of not achievement of target indicators;

Regulations on the special economic zone "Astana — the New City", its target indicators of functioning and critical level of not achievement of target indicators.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

1. The special economic zone "Astana Technopolis" (further – SEZ) is located in the territory of the city of Astana in borders according to the enclosed plan.
