No. 59-65, 120), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

Approve Sanitary regulations about establishment of specific conditions and detailed procedures of placement in the market of the plastic kitchen ware on the basis of polyamide and melamine occurring or sent from People's Republic of China and from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People's Republic of China it (is applied).

2. The specified Regulations become effective after 3 months from the date of publication.

3. Realization of the plastic kitchen ware on the basis of polyamide and melamine occurring or sent from People's Republic of China and from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of People's Republic of China imported on the market legally before entry into force of the specified Regulations, before exhaustion of inventories is allowed.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency of public health.
