"9. Subsidies are paid to procurement organizations on tax amount on value added, paid to the budget, within the estimated value added tax for all tax periods of the corresponding accounting year.
Calculation of subsidies is made by procurement organization according to appendix to the request.
In case of the exceeding in case of sales of products by procurement organization of the most allowable cost of unit of the agricultural products applied by procurement organization when calculating subsidies of the tax amount for value added paid to the budget within the estimated value added tax established according to appendix 4-1 to Rules, the size of subsidies is calculated on the most allowable cost.
