About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702
For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 3, 2017 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 359
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702 "Questions of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.09. 2016, 5/42576) following changes and amendments:
in Item 2 of figure "15" to replace with figures "12";
in Regulations on the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in Item 3 of the word "with the rights of the legal entity" shall be replaced with words "in quantity";
in item 4 of the word "and sectors" shall be replaced with words ", sectors and groups";
from subitems 6.71 and 6.72 of Item 6 of the word "territorial authorities MARCH," to exclude;
in Item 9:
and "divisions MARCH" to add subitem 9.4 after the words "schedule MARCH" respectively with the words "and its territorial authorities" and "and its territorial authorities";
"workers MARCH and" to add subitems 9.5 and 9.7 after words with words of "its territorial authorities";
to state the name of appendix to this Provision in the following edition:
"Number of territorial authorities of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
