1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Consider necessary to have in the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus board in number of 12 people.
3. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; 2007, No. 56, 5/24794; 2008, No. 66, 5/27291; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.06.2013, 5/37437; 27.03. 2014, 5/38597; 07:11. 2014, 5/39663; 11:02. 2015, 5/40098) following changes:
3.1. in Item 1:
