About cooperation with the international organizations and interstate educations

For the purpose of ensuring effective cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with the international organizations and interstate educations, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: uses of their opportunities for the solution of urgent tasks of social and economic development of the state

Determine responsible for cooperation with the international organizations, bodies created by decisions of these organizations, and also the bodies created according to international treaties and interstate arrangements (further – the international organizations), the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus determined responsible for cooperation with the international organizations according to this resolution:

provide promotion and realization of national interests of the Republic of Belarus in interaction with the international organizations;

take part in work of the international organizations, goal achievement and tasks of membership (participation) of the Republic of Belarus in them;

organize accomplishment of the obligations of the Republic of Belarus following from membership (participation) in the international organizations;

if necessary develop together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other plans of cooperation with the international organizations interested in bodies which copies send to this Ministry;

send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs no later than February 10 of the year following for reporting, analitiko-forecast reports on cooperation in reporting year on each international organization assigned to them in which join:

general information about the done work;

assessment of effectiveness of cooperation;

the number of implementable projects and amount of the technical assistance received for the accounting period;
