WE ORDER:

1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2015 No. 7-1/1130 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 28, 2015 No. 802 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking sheets in the field of veterinary science" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12636, published on March 11, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

in the criteria for evaluation of risk degree in the field of veterinary science approved by the specified joint order:

state Items 5 and 6 in the following edition:

"5. The following subjects treat high risk:

1) the subjects performing activities for cultivation of farm animals;

2) the subjects performing sales activity of animals and birds;

3) the subjects performing slaughter of animals;

4) the subjects performing conversion of meat, products and raw materials of animal origin;

5) the subjects performing milk conversion;

6) the subjects performing procurement and conversion of fish and fish products;

7) laboratories of veterinary and sanitary examination;

8) the subjects performing activities for production and realization of medicines of veterinary appointment;

9) the subjects performing activities for production of forages and feed additives;

10) the divisions of local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital, areas, cities of regional value performing activities in the field of veterinary science;

11) the state veterinary organizations created by local executive bodies;

12) the subjects performing activities for production of honey and products of beekeeping.

6. To not carried to high risk the following subjects belong:

1) the subjects performing storage of products and raw materials of animal origin;

2) the subjects performing activities for storage and realization of forages and feed additives;

3) the subjects performing veterinary treatment-and-prophylactic activities;

4) the subjects performing activities for content and animal husbandry in the scientific purposes;

5) zoos, circuses and pet-shops;

6) the subjects performing activities for carrying out disinfection, disinsection, deratization and deworming.";

2. To provide to department of veterinary and phytosanitary safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this joint order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this joint order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
