1. Approve Regulations on procedure for holding qualification examination on the admission to notarial activities and protest of its results, according to appendix.

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Minister of Justice No. 170 of April 30, 2009 about approval of the Regulations on carrying out tender on substitution of vacant positions of the notary (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 99-100, 419).

3. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
