About approval of Changes in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for storage, protection, use and disclosure of bank secrecy the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 03, 2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes) which are applied.
2. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2018.
