1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for holding qualification examination on the admission to notarial activities and appeals of its results approved by the order of the Minister of Justice No. 631 of August 7, 2017, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1246 of August 7, 2017. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 316-321, 1574), following changes:

Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

7. The subject and the bibliography of theoretical and practical questions is annually developed by the Commission on licensing and published on the web page of the Ministry of Justice, and according to the decision of Notarial chamber and on its web page. In case of development of subject and the bibliography the Commission on licensing can consult with regular teachers in the field of the right.";
