About modification of Item 13 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 1994 No. 226

1. Make change to Item 13 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 1994 No. 226 "About improvement of education, training, social protection and material security of the orphan children and children deprived of parent guardianship" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 8, Art. 194; 1995, No. 8, Art. 224; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 36, Art. 1947; 2005, No. 36, Art. 2198; 2006, No. 31, Art. 2221; 2008, No. 18, the Art. 503, No. 63, the Art. 2134), having replaced in the first offer of paragraph two of subitem 1 of the word of "the minimum ordinary (regular) academic grants" with words of "social grants for persons of the specified category".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since September 1, 2017.
