In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About rules of ethical behavior of government employees" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 8, Article 750; 2009, No. 6, Article 399) to make the following changes:
1. To state the text of Article 20 in the following edition:
"20.1. Control of observance of rules of ethical behavior is exercised by the head of state body in line of duty, and higher body based on subordination.
20.2. The structure created by relevant organ of the executive authority exercises control of observance of rules of ethical behavior according to the charter.".
2. Exclude Article 22.
