About the organization of activities of the state inspection of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 16, 2017 "About measures for enhancement of activities of the State inspection of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-3221:
1. Approve:
Regulations on the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings according to appendix No. 1;
structure of Training center and retraining of workers of rail transport of the legal entities having railway tracks in property according to appendix No. 2;
structure of the State unitary enterprise "Center for Certification of Railway Products" according to appendix No. 3;
structure of the State unitary enterprise "Laboratory of Nondestructive Control" according to appendix No. 4.
2. Establish activities financing sources:
Training center and retraining of workers of rail transport of the legal entities having railway tracks in property, - the means arriving for rendered on paid basis within the signed agreements of service in advanced training and retraining of workers of rail transport of the legal entities having railway tracks, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation in property;
The state unitary enterprise "Center for Certification of Railway Products" - the means arriving for rendered on paid basis within the signed agreements of service in carrying out certification of railway products, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;
The state unitary enterprise "Laboratory of Nondestructive Control" - the means arriving for rendered on paid basis within the signed agreements of service in carrying out nondestructive control, and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
3. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings together with the Uzstandart Agency and the interested ministries and departments in three-months time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on modification and amendments in the List of the types of products made in the Republic of Uzbekistan and imported on its territory, subjects of obligatory certification, regarding inclusion in it of the corresponding types of railway products.
4. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5.
5. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings together with the interested ministries and departments two-month term to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh. Ramatov and the chief of the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings D. B. Akhmedov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 28, 2017 No. 948
1. This Provision determines the status, the main objectives, functions, the rights, responsibility, procedure for the organization of activities and the reporting of the State inspection of the Republic of Uzbekistan under supervision of safety of rail haulings (further - the Uzgoszheldornadzor), and also functional obligations and responsibility of heads of the Uzgoszheldornadzor.
2. The Uzgoszheldornadzor is the state body performing functions of railway administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan on development, realization and coordination of measures in the field of safety of train service and the state supervision of observance of the public, economic board by the bodies and other organizations performing activities in the field of rail transport (further - the companies and the organizations of rail transport), the statutory rules and regulations ensuring traffic safety in the field of rail transport and also supervision of safe operation of objects of boiler inspection and lifting constructions at the companies and in the organizations of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari.
3. The Uzgoszheldornadzor submits to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Cabinet of Ministers).

The Uzgoszheldornadzor performs the activities according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 2, 2001 No. UP-2815 "About measures for demonopolization and incorporating rail transport" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 16, 2017 No. PP-3221 "About measures for enhancement of activities of the State inspection of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of rail haulings".
5. The Uzgoszheldornadzor in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, and also this Provision and other acts of the legislation.
6. The decisions of the Uzgoszheldornadzor made within its powers are obligatory for execution of the public and economic board by bodies, executive bodies on places, other organizations and their officials, and also citizens.
7. The Uzgoszheldornadzor and the organizations entering into its structure are legal entities, have seal and forms with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the name in state language, separate balance, treasurer personal accounts in Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, bank accounts, including in foreign currency.
Regional branches of the Uzgoszheldornadzor are not legal entities.

State unitary enterprise "Laboratory of Nondestructive Control".
10. The main objectives of the Uzgoszheldornadzor are:
