About approval of the Regulations on licensing procedure for export and import of specific goods
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 the No. UP-5215 "About Measures for Streamlining of Export Licensing and Import of Specific Goods, and also Registration Export and Examinations of Import Contracts" Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 3, 2017 No. UP-5215 "About Measures for Streamlining of Export Licensing and Import of Specific Goods, and also Registration Export and Examinations of Import Contracts" since November 10, 2017 Information analysis department concerning development of foreign trade activity, the export potential of industries of economy and the territories of the republic of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan is performed export licensing and import of the specific goods included in appendix No. 1 to the called Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Approve Regulations on licensing procedure for export and import of specific goods according to appendix.
3. Determine that earlier granted licenses affect with the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan export and import of specific goods before the expiration of their action.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzagrotekhsanoatholding N. S. Otazhonov and Information analysis department concerning development of foreign trade activity, the export potential of industries of economy and the territories of the republic of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
