Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in view of the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Make the following changes to "The rule of provision of providing and compensations to the staff of diplomatic service", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 21, 2008 No. 11 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 1, Article 41; 2010, No. 4, Article 359; 2012, No. 12, Article 1385; 2013, No. 7, Article 874, No. 8, Article 1010, No. 12, Article 1641):

1.1. give Item 8.3 in the following edition:

"8.3. Regulations of limit of monthly run and expenses of operation for office automobile and other vehicles, numerical limit (limit) of office cars in diplomatic representation are established according to Appendix No. 3 to these rules.";

1.2. Add with Item 8.5-1 of the following content:

"8.5-1. The car of category of high passability can be the office car, considering climate and geographical conditions in which the diplomatic representation is effective.";

1.3. Appendix No. 3 to the specified Rules to give in the following edition:
