About approval of Rules of provision of providing and compensations to the staff of diplomatic service

For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 4.9 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2007" of December 22, 2006 the No. 494 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of provision of providing and compensations to the staff of diplomatic service" (are applied).

2. Recognize invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About provision of providing and compensations to the staff of diplomatic service" of February 4, 2002 as No. 20 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 2, Article 99; 2004, No. 8, Article 655) and Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments and entering into some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic" of August 9, 2004 No. 109 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 8, Article 655).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
